Alexandra Raisman
Aly Raisman is an American gymnast who had been both an athlete and captain of 2012's Fierce Five and the 2016 Final Five US Women's Olympic gymnastics teams. Aly Raisman took home three gold medals at the 2012 Olympics at London. Additionally, she brought home a bronze medal on the balance beam. This made her an the only American gymnast in the Olympics to earn the most medals. In 2016, she along with the teammate Gabby Doug were the first Americans to take home back-to-back golds in team events. Her silver medals came in the floor individual and all-around events. Following the 2nd Olympics, she stopped for three years gymnastics. The gold medal she won for the American team also won two World Championships. Her first experience with gymnastics began at age two, and her favorite event is Floor Exercise. Aly has joined her local Uniting Against Lung Cancer group in honor of her late grandma. She plans to pursue an occupation as a designer. The next goal she has is growing her range of leotards. Fierce is a novel is due out later in the year.
